| "GT BMX arrived quickly. We had to fit the front break, which is a challenge as soft grips were fitted and didn't come off. Grip got damaged when removed. The the chain broke after a few days of medium use, frustrating. Bought half link chain, which is very strong. So strong in fact that our old chain breaker would not work. SkatePro emailed asking whether everything with the bike was okay. Conveyed the trouble. SkatePro requested evidence in form of pics. Sent pics by email and SkatePro called and a friendly sales advisor clarified the situation. I requested a chain breaker instead of the already replaced chain. SkatePro sent a very good quality chainbreaker and new grips. Considering that Skateapro is not the producer of the bike they have not been at fault and have done their part of the deal very well. I would recommend SkatePro to anyone who can find a good deal." | |
